CSN supports its beneficiaries in engaging in small-scale businesses or self-employment as sustainable and regular income sources. To further this aim, CSN plans to assist its target beneficiaries in achieving consistent and decent earnings. As part of this initiative, CSN has launched vocational training programs in tailoring. This training specifically targets community women and mothers from impoverished families, daily wage workers, those involved in inadequate piece rate work, and other needy individuals within CSN’s operational areas.
The training aims to provide advanced skills in tailoring, helping participants become self-sufficient in their regular earnings. To date, a total of 110 participants have successfully completed the training and have begun working in the same field.
