CSN has launched a twelve-month vocational training program in tailoring for community women, mothers, and adult girls, particularly from its beneficiary groups. The training focuses on enhancing women’s skills and enabling them to become economically self-reliant through regular income-generating activities.
The training program, financially supported by Stiftung 100, Germany, involves 20 women, mothers, and adult girls, and was inaugurated on January 9, 2025, by Mr. Ram Babu Koirala, Ward Member of Ward No. 13, KMC.
Achievement: To date, a total of 110 participants have successfully completed similar tailoring training programs, and most of them are now working in the same field through employment or self-employment opportunities.
