Chhimeki Sanstha Nepal has been conducting Beauty Parlor Skills Development Training at different times to empower women and adult girls from socially and economically disadvantaged communities. The training equips participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to pursue self -employment, start small businesses, or secure employment in the beauty industry.

To date, 45 women have successfully completed the training, and many have improved their livelihoods by achieving greater economic independence

As one of the most demanded and popular programs among women and adult girls, Chhimeki Sanstha Nepal plans to implement this training program again in the future, depending on the availability of resources.
